4 Service Group, LLC is a family-owned and operated business located in Elkridge, MD that operates on the owner’s philosophy:  to sell a quality product, with exceptional customer service, at an affordable price.  The company was started in 2011 by Jeff Silber, who is no stranger to the Flooring and Janitorial Supply industries.

Jeff started in the Janitorial Supply business in 1976 with  

a company called King Associates.  While there the emphasis was focused on service in conjunction with the sale – spending a lot of time working with customers first-hand.  Above and beyond just selling products, Jeff was training personnel how to strip, wax, and maintain tile and hard flooring.  He was also involved with the renovation and maintenance of carpeting and carpet spot cleaning, as well as apartment turnover cleaning; with a host of many other aspects of business.

Leaving King Associates in 1988, Jeff started City Group Incorporated, which was focused on the Janitorial Supply industry.  While there, 

Jeff continued the training and service aspects of the business and additionally added on carpeting and flooring sales/installation, with a major emphasis on apartment turnovers and commercial office carpet replacements.

Jeff decided to leave City Group Inc. in 2011, along with his daughter Michelle.  Also bringing in daughter his Valerie, to help solidify the office responsibilities, the company’s main scope remains the same.  The availability of expertise and training for any other services remains intact.  4 Service Group now proudly offers Ice Melting Chemicals, Janitorial Supplies, Equipment Repairs, and Floor Matting products.

We are continually looking to add on products and services as we continue.  For over 30 years now, Jeff has put the customer first and is regularly looking for ways to elevate and revolutionize 4 Service Group!
